That’s why we won’t write a word before taking you through our brief, workshop-style.
We’ll chat for up to an hour, covering everything from your brand personality to your mission, vision and values.
As we listen to you talk about your business, we’ll be drafting copy in our mind.
By the time we start writing, we’ll be overflowing with inspiration.
When you read our first draft, you’ll be blown away by how much it sounds like you.
(We have a knack for getting into people’s minds. It’s not as creepy as it sounds!)
Our writing process
Here’s a simplified version of the process we follow with all new clients.
STEP 1: LET'S TALK
Let's touch base for a free 30-minute Discovery Call to discuss your project and see if we’re the right people for the job.
STEP 2: PROPOSAL
After our Discovery Call, we’ll send you a proposal outlining our suggested approach, and our standard terms & conditions.
STEP 3: BRIEFING
If you accept our proposal, we’ll schedule a content strategy session to clarify important things like your target audience, tone-of-voice, and brand personality. We’ll go through the brief together via Zoom or in person.
STEP 4: FIRST DRAFT
With the paperwork out of way, it’s time for us to start writing. We’ll work our creative magic and send you a polished first draft for review.
STEP 5: REVISIONS
All project quotations include at least one round of minor revisions (tweaks to style, tone, and structure - not complete rewrites).
STEP 6: FINAL COPY
This is the fun part. We’ll send you the final copy so you can share it with the world. We may also use this opportunity to ask you for a testimonial of our work.
